CIMC container chassis are designed for marine container and sea freight transport tasks and combine both safe and rapid container handling. The welded container trailer possesses a long service life even under the tough conditions which a 48ft container trailer has to face on a daily basis. Main beam structure desgin resonable, light weight and large design load capacity.
The container chassis trailer is a type of container transport semi-trailer, and the other type is flatbed trailer.
1. The container chassis for sale is welded by longitudinal beams, cross beams and front and rear beams.
The longitudinal beam is made of high streghth steel Q345 submerged arc welded into an H-shaped, the cross beam is punched into a groove shape with steel plate, and the front and rear beams are welded rectangular sections. The part of the middle container locking device is provided with an integral long beam to improve the bearing capacity of the container locking device.

2. The difference between the flatbed type and the skeleton type is that the flatbed type adds a frame and a patterned floor.
The frames of this series of container trailers are all shot peened. The whole frame is assembled and welded on a special positioning platform. It has a reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance. A container tightening device is set on the frame, which can load two standard containers of 40 feet and 20 feet.
3. The four container tightening devices at the front and rear are fixed structures, and the middle container tightening devices are hideable structures.
When loading containers, the intermediate container locking device can be lowered below the level of the cargo bed as required. Select the type of mechanical bearing device.
